Clients are initially provided with a detailed marketing or acquisition report for a disposal or acquisition.

Once a strategy has been agreed, we undertake all of the services identified in an efficient manner. We place the Client's premises on the market as soon as possible and use all available resources to generate the required market exposure.

Throughout the disposal programme, Clients are regularly updated and once a buyer, or tenant, is found, we provide detailed advice on the terms of that disposal, process it efficiently and liaise with the Client's Solicitors/legal teams to ensure a satisfactory conclusion of a "deal done".
