Either through our Agency work, or as a dedicated service, CorProp provides all levels of Planning and Development advice.

We help Clients to consider alternative uses, arrange changes of use, make Planning Applications and deal with enforcement notices from Local Authorities.

Our Development Advice is Agency and market led. Land reuse is locationally sensitive and planning legislation often, but not always, contains both encouraging and discouraging guidance. National and Local planning policies prevail. Our market based research and consultation is used to help Clients, Architects and Plannners collectively see an ideal planning solution, often in association with our Agency expertise.

We undertake detailed market research for land and building uses, complex development appraisals and source established demographic and social statistics in support of our advice. We have the knowledge to deliver the best possible approach to Planning and Development of a site or building.

We also represent Client's planning needs at Public Enquiry and local land allocation forums.
