Our Client base extends from single premises Clients to FTSE company portfolios. CorProp specialises in property that is held for the purpose of business and investment, whether that is owner occupied, leased, sub-leased, or licensed. Our role is to identify, advise upon, orchestrate and carry out property activities from an agreed strategy, in many cases designed to enhance the core business activity.

Many organisations have surplus or unsuitable space and we often help clients identify these; the question then is “what to do with it”, how best to deal with it, the financial implications, balance of risks and expectations. Our advice also includes carrying out sophisticated activities on behalf of Clients including sales-and-leasebacks to release capital, or removal of break clauses in exchange for rental incentives or, cash flow and cost projections, surrenders of leases and to the briefing of other advisers such as Solicitors, Project Managers, Accountants together with the assembly & appointment of full professional teams.
