Work can involve site finding, site investigation, bespoke board reporting, site assembly, acquisition negotiations, brokerage, supporting professional advisor teams and liasing with planners, transport engineers, accountants, solicitors, architects, building surveying and structural engineers.
Transactions can be varied and complex, including part disposals, attending to tenders, presales and leasebacks.
